This is the control valve located in the cab on the engineer’s side. It is .75 in diameter by .75 high, plus the handle. It is only suitable for automatic air (air pressure releases the brakes). There are four positions on the valve: Run/release, lap, apply, and emergency. Just like prototypical operation, with a train separation or an emergency application, The brakes will apply full force to the train brakes within seconds. As with the other products, it is CNC machined.
